The human resources use case includes the following foundation apps:

  • Employee Onboarding - Ensuring the process for new employees is completed successfully.
  • Expenses - Allowing employees to enter expense claims, have them approved all related accounting automation.
  • Timesheet - Entry of timesheets and related coding to projects etc. for automated posting to the accounting software.
  • Credit Cards - The automated uploading, coding, approval and posting of corporate credit card expenditure.

All apps stand alone but will use shared data held within UniFi and other sources such as accounting and other ERP systems. forms and processes can be customised as your organisation requires.
